The Bay Street Grand Prix was a signature event for Sunnybrook in support of the Women’s & Babies Program. After an amazing day on the race track, the after party was where our event attendees were going to celebrate and cap off a fantastic day. This is why we turned to Michelle Planche and Paradigm Events to help us plan and execute this extravaganza. From sourcing unique décor, which included a real Indy car, to managing the evening’s entertainment, Mia Martina and FloRida, Michelle was instrumental in building this event from the ground up and executing it flawlessly. Attention to detail, creative ideas and working with a myriad of suppliers and vendors, she kept everything moving forward and truly pulled off an amazing night. Tight budgets were managed and all expectations were exceeded. I look forward to working with Michelle and Paradigm Events again.

I attended my first Girl’s Getaway this weekend with about 30 of my closest friends. The general consensus is that his was The Best Girls Weekend Ever and believe me we’ve had many! The event was so well organized and the staff and the town of Huntsville couldn’t have been more welcoming. We will definitely all be back next year and I expect our number to be closer to 50 the next time. Thank you so much for a fabulous weekend!

Your plan for re-organizing the flow of registration was so successful that it was implemented as a standard practice at our other walks across Ontario. Your attention to detail and engaging personality make it an absolute pleasure to work with you.

We have been working with Michelle and her team from Paradigm since 2017. She has supported our palliative care conference and just this year, in 2023, started supporting our mental health and addictions event. Michelle is trustworthy, reliable, and has a “can-do” attitude. Although healthcare is not her expertise she goes the extra mile to support the finding of speakers and sponsorship. We’ve had some amazing key notes speakers and Master of Ceremonies suggested by Michelle. No detail is too small and there is no such thing as a dumb question. She has taught us a lot about event planning! Because we are a non-profit organization our budget is limited and we are respectful this is taxpayers’ money. But Michelle knows how to stretch a dollar by helping us find pro bono or reduced cost items and speakers. During the pandemic we had to pivot to on-line for our palliative conference. No one had that experience as this was a new situation for everyone. Michelle took this on with grace and energy and we had and amazing virtual conference including a virtual chief class which required the delivery of cooking contents to participants. It was so much fun! It just shows Michelle and Paradigm are adaptable. This past year was our first in-person conference since before the pandemic. It was a huge success with the most participants we’ve had to date! I highly recommend Michelle and her team from Paradigm! You won’t regret it!

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Michelle and the Paradigm team over the past 2+ years.  The CNIB Cookout with Cuddy event would not have been a huge success without Michelle’s experience, vision and attention to fine details that elevate the overall event experience for our attendees.  Michelle’s industry partnerships and expansive vendor relationships helped ensure that we were able to secure the best, and most dependable vendors & partners.  Since we are a charitable organization, Michelle’s team always tried to negotiate the best rates with our vendors to help generate more revenue for CNIB Lake Joe programs.
