Windfall provides the vital link between thousnads of needy Torontonians and many of the fundamental things they need but can’t afford; new clothing above all, but also new basic-needs items ranging from school supplies to personal care products to house-hold goods.
They assist our most vulnerable citizens while they are working to improve their life circumstances by participating in programs offered by other partering agencies.
