Join us at Muskoka’s sizzling grilling festival, Thrill of the Grill, for a weekend of gourmet food and drink. This savoury culinary festival will feature host and BBQ Guru Ted Reader. A variety of griller professionals and local producers will also be at the Deerhurst Resort’s lakeside retreat.
Summer’s favourite pastime gets a fun, gourmet twist.
Some highlights of Thrill of the Grill include:
• Friday night “Fired Up” reception with tastings on the Rotunda Deck at Deerhurst Resort with a special appearance by Ted Reader and beer sampling by Big Rock.
• Friday evening and Saturday afternoon Gourmet Griller Marketplace, featuring BBQ chefs and vendors, and Ontario food and beverage suppliers. Premium, unique, and distinctively Canadian products that add flavour to summer eating, for easy entertaining and “cottage country” living.
• Educational and interactive workshops including BBQ care, The Marriage of Beer and Cheese, BBQ marinades and more.
• Saturday night reception and a 4-course dinner with wine pairing hosted by award winning celebrity chef and food entertainer Ted Reader.
