Every T-shirt has a story, let this help to inspire your own story as a group to share on your final mat. You will start by cutting off the sleeves and neckline of your shirt. From here you will cut the remainder of your shirt into strips. Everyone’s strips will then be tied to the base shirt. Once your mat is full your story can be attached to the back of the mat.
